Long description: Data on jail populations is often freely available, but provided in ugly formats or via arcane channels. Parasitic businesses often scrape this information and sell it via "people search" services, but information wants to be free. This project will use basic data analysis and static web hosting to assist lawyers, families, and others who need to know who is in jail.
